The difference is appropriation vs appreciation. Appropriating is
mocking/using a culture. Cultural appreciation is celebrating alongside a
culture. Celebration is encouraged.

Remember the post of the white guy at his African wedding with his African wife being accused of “cultural appropriation” for wearing appropriate garb? Or the white women who grew up in Japan and India who were shamed for wearing the appropriate garb? The issue clearly isnt how they did ot or the reaskne, but that they were the wrong skin color. And the only wrong skin color there can be apparently is white.
And you really have to stop associating anything you perceive as bad to white people.
